What sets this disc apart from other Scotch Brite abrasives is 3M Ceramic Precision Shaped Grain (PSG) technology. The proprietary mineral interwoven throughout the abrasive is engineered for hardness and strength. It self-sharpens to provide more consistent results. The sharp-cutting mineral is counteracted by soft, buoyant nylon fibres that respond to surface irregularities and contours. Gaps between fibres allow debris to escape and help minimize loading. Together, the web and mineral combine to aggressively tackle the substrate without sacrificing predictable results.
